Il serbo affronterà la sua seconda stagione nel WTCC al volante di una Civic.
Il 30enne aveva debuttato nel Mondiale con la Chevrolet Cruze RML TC1 della Campos Racing durante la stagione 2014; il suo miglior risultato è stato il secondo posto ottenuto a Suzuka. Come neo pilota della Proteam Racing salirà per la prima volta sulla Honda in occasione dei test collettivi che si terranno al Circuit de Catalunya di Barcellona, in Spagna, il 13 febbraio. Il suo numero di gara sarà ancora il 98.
"Inizio la mia seconda stagione nel WTCC con team e auto diversi, spero che questo mi consentirà di migliorare i risultati - ha detto Borković - Sono grato alla Campos Racing per avermi dato la possibilità di debuttare nel WTCC, dove sono riuscito a raggiungere uno dei migliori risultati della mia carriera con il secondo posto a Suzuka. Assieme a JAS e Proteam imparerò presto come guidare la Honda al meglio, non vedo l'ora di iniziare i test pre-stagionali. Emessi gli ultimi verdetti nel Trofeo GT Open Cup, con Stefano Barbieri campione GT3 Cup-A. Ghezzi-Broggian si aggiudicano il titolo della GT2 r1.Con la spettacolare 200 Miglia svoltasi a Misano World Circuit cala il sipario sulla stagione 2013 della Targa Tricolore Porsche. Il successo nella gara di durata viene conquistato dall'equipaggio Nicola Benucci-Gianluigi Piccioli su Porsche 997 GT3-R della scuderia Ebimotors, vincitrice anche dei titoli GT3 Cup con Davide Roda e GT Open Cup sempre con il campione comasco in coppia con Vito Postiglione. Postiglione-Roda conquistano la piazza d'onore, suggellando con una nuova vittoria di classe GT3 r013 il proprio primato.
